Job Description

Job Functions :
  • Assist with filing of documentations and checking reports.
Support the IT functions.
  • Analyse and study the report of the POS System.
Assist with incoming and outgoing emails in the IT department.
  • Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing and database.
Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
  • Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
Competent with MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
