Job Description

Duties:
  • Scrutinize daily system changes
Identify and highlight issues related to system changes
  • Monitor all outstanding system changes to establish their statuses
Instil continuous process improvement of IT Change Management
  • Monitor usage of the change management tools; being carried out in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

Requirements:
  • Possess a professional qualification with a recognised Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business IT or any related discipline
Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, CISA or other related professional IT certifications would be an added advantage
  • A minimum of two to three years of professional experience in IT change management, service management, or a related field, particularly in the MNC or financial institution sector.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM7,
  • 00 - RM9,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
On call
  • Rotational shift
