in computer science, software engineering, information technology or
related fields.
At least 2+ years of experience
in dealing with IT Support Services.
Knowledge of business process
management and Agile methods (added advantage).
Strong communication skills
with excellent English and interpersonal skills to manage change and
perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in
stakeholder management.
Strategic approach and good
problem-solving skills are paired with proactiveness and a hands-on
mentality.
Have a passion for IT
technologies, Change Mgmt and service business process design.
Strong willingness and ability
to learn.
