Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software and peripherals
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems promptly
  • Assist with network, CCTV setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manage IT asset management, which involves asset tagging, tracking assets and procurement
  • Any other IT related functions when required

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Familiar with Windows operating system
  • Good team player
  • Effective communication and time management skills
  • Fast learner
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be willing to travel when required
