Align IT initiatives with the overall business strategy to ensure that technology investments support the company's objectives and contribute to its success.
- To plan, execute, and deliver the deliverables of technology projects and to ensure that projects are completed according to the timeline.
Implement and optimize IT systems and processes to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and boost overall productivity within the organization.- Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and proposing creative solutions that can give the company a competitive edge.
Prioritize and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Efficiently manage IT budgets by evaluating and managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure cost effectiveness and quality of service.
Enhance the user experience for both internal and external customers by providing reliable and user-friendly IT solutions.- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to IT operations and implement a disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
Stay flexible and adaptable in the face of technological advancements and changing business needs, ensuring that IT strategies evolve to meet current and future challenges.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of proven experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and software development.- Related experience in SAP, CRM & Power Bi would be of added advantages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise.
- Excellent strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
