Responsibilities:- Application troubleshooting and reporting
Possess expertise in business operating systems and RPA solution design. Provide solutions.- Engage in global enhancement discussions with overseas sites.
Leading the operation team to achieve effective and efficient operations.
- Expert in RPA solutions for tasks automation
System master maintenance- Report generation and massaging.
Monitoring the system and dealing with any errors discovered
- Implement PDCA to improve operations.
Provide solutions/ideas for improving business operation flow/productivity.- Search for new tools and equipment to help business operations.
Requirements for this position include a diploma or degree in IT, 1-2 years of work experience, and understanding of troubleshooting.- Ability to analyse data and plan effectively.
Reporting skill
Working experience in RPA (UI Path), planning and design architecture, and IT support solutions (preferred).- Fluent in English, Malaysian, and Mandarin.
