Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology, or related field
- Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL-TM/ CTAL-TA/ CTAL-TTA).
- Should have at least 5+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies (ie SDLC).
- Familiar with the below standards testing and document standards:

10.4.6 Buku Panduan Kejuruteraan Sistem Aplikasi Sektor Awam (KRISA)
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. GitLab, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in Government Projects
- Experience in Load testing tool- Load Runner and JMeter etc.
- Experience in Performance monitoring and Log parsing tools for performance analysis
- Experience in Report issues / defects using defect tracking tools. (eg. Redmine)
- Knowledge of testing web and desktop applications, performance test and load test.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Certified Senior Tester with 5 years or more of experience to join our dynamic team. As Senior Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing processes and the quality of the documentations as per the required ISO/Standards. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.
- Review and analyse system specifications
- Identify test scenarios and prepare test data.
- Design and execute advanced test plans/ functional test scripts and strategies
- Perform comprehensive testing, including functional, performance, and regression testing
- Identify and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Involved in static, dynamic and augmented tests
- Set up the performance test process from scratch
- Write performance test plan and reports
- Build modular automated performance test scripts to identify load and scalability concerns for web-based applications and mobile applications
- Utilizing load, stress, and analysis tools to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tool and identify potential system and resources bottlenecks
- Analyze and documents test results and produce detailed reports and quality metrics with suggestions for improvements
- Present findings, reports and conclusions to management and other relevant parties.
- Research new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations
- Collaborate with development teams to improve testing processes and methodologies
- Mentor and guide junior testers, promoting best practices
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through advanced testing methodologies. - Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues, contributing to the overall success of projects.
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.
- Continuously improve testing processes and practices.
