Job Description

Seeking an IOT Support Analyst to assist with application support including but not limited to; access, work orders, troubleshooting software issues and agile work prioritization. Must be able to work independently and within a team, self-motivated with time management skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels (technical, non-technical, etc.) are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.

Experience Preferred:

Work order/ ticket processing

Change management

Work Prioritization

Datadog

Puppet

Azure

LINUX

Docker/ containerization Familiarity

Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies

Responsibilities:

Processing SNOW tickets

Customer Support via email

Executing puppet tasks

Responding to Datadog/ monitoring alerts

Validating site connectivity

Provision access

Level 1 Troubleshooting
