Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Web Development Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in web development and IoT engineering, proven track record in multinational companies (MNCs) or global projects, demonstrating ability to work in diverse and cross-cultural teams.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, and Linux-based IPC application programming.
Hands-on experience with IoT development platforms (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino) and integrating IoT solutions with enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols (MQTT, AMQP, HTTP REST APIs) and cybersecurity best practices for IoT environments.
Experience deploying and managing IoT solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and leveraging IoT analytics for business insights.- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones as required by project demands.- Relevant certifications in IoT (e.g., AWS Certified IoT Specialty, Cisco IoT certifications) or related fields are advantageous.
Ability to work independently and with less supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (global team). Preferably multilingual especially in Mandarin.

Job Responsible:
- Design, develop, and deploy IoT solutions using Python, Node.js, Node-RED, Java, and Linux-based IPC applications.
Implement Raspberry Pi and Arduino tech stacks for efficient system performance.- Integrate robust cybersecurity measures into IoT solutions to protect devices, networks, and data.
Implement secure communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, AMQP, HTTP REST APIs) and encryption methods to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and cybersecurity principles relevant to IoT environments.
Integrate web services, complex event processing, rule engines, APIs, and mobile-based applications effectively.- Implement IoT analytics solutions on Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS for actionable insights.
Demonstrate proficiency in LAN, WAN, and WLAN configurations to support IoT networks.
- Conduct presales site surveys, capturing business process requirements and project scopes.
Facilitate stakeholder user requirements and operational challenges.- Analyze business process requirements and collaborate with the technical team on scalable solutions.
Compile User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Blueprint Documentation for solution development.
- Supervise system deployment, commissioning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to meet project goals.
Conduct comprehensive solution training for clients, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.- Manage ad-hoc requirement/change requests, coordinate projects, and provide progress reporting.
Ensure timely documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project status reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues promptly to uphold project timelines and quality standards.
