Role Description
- Provide Level 3 production support for iOS applications in the digital banking domain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to services.
- Analyze application logs and database queries to identify root causes of production incidents.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance the stability, performance, and reliability of iOS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy bug fixes and enhancements to production environments.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
- Experience in iOS development and production support.
- Proficiency in Swift on iOS.
- Experience with Oracle database management.
