Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Software Skills: Proficiency in SQL software & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Finance Administration: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, and basic financial tasks such as managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports for multiple entities.
Office Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies.
Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed.
