Job description- Assist the Invoice Executive in updating the details of the tax invoice in the Excel file.
Preparing tax invoices for sales, rental, overtime, service, and maintenance of equipment.- Process and archive tax invoices according to company name.
Sorting the tax invoices according to customer preference prior to posting.
- Record the details of tax invoices in the Accounts Receivable record book.
Ensure all records are properly written, filed, and retained according to procedure.- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum requirement: -
1) Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
2) Under 35 years old
