Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quarterly Results Analyst Briefing:


Prepare the quarterly results analyst presentation deck, Q&A, Group CEOs script, and cheat sheet.
Host analyst briefings and manage all logistical matters.

Annual General Meeting (AGM):

Prepare the Group CEOs presentation deck and script.
Draft responses to pre-submitted questions from shareholders and anticipate questions during the AGM.

Investor Meetings and Events:


Coordinate senior management schedules.
Conduct internal meeting preparations.
Manage all logistical aspects of investor meetings, webinars, Investor Day, and roadshows.
Prepare presentation decks and scripts.
Update shareholder attendance records.
Gather attendee feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with analysts for potential coverage.
Build and maintain relationships with potential investors.

Credit Rating:


Gather and provide information requested by the rating agency.
Conduct management meetings.
Gather and communicate feedback from the rating agency.

Shareholding Analysis:


Analyze institutional and retail shareholder movements on a monthly basis or as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:


Ensure the Group IR Policy and Group Annual Rating Review Policy are up to date.
Develop and monitor a shareholder strategic plan aligned with the overall group direction and IR KPIs.
Prepare the write-up for the IR section in the annual report.
Gather and compile market news for newsletters to senior management.
Maintain and update the IR website.
Prepare submissions for IR awards.
Process payments to vendors.
Perform any other assignments delegated by the Head of Investor Relations, Sustainability, and M&A.

Job Requirements:


Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
Experience in financial analysis or investor relations is advantageous.
Familiarity with Bursas Main Market Listing Requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financials.
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high quality and integrity of information.
Proactive team player with the ability to function with minimal supervision and work under tight deadlines.
