Description
We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager with at least 7-17 years of experience in the job market context of SEA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, communicating the company's financial performance to the investment community, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors
- Communicate the company's financial performance to the investment community
- Organize investor meetings, presentations, and events
- Provide timely and accurate information to investors and analysts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data and reports
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights to senior management
- Prepare and review investor communications, including press releases, earnings releases, and investor presentations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7-17 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in organizing investor meetings, presentations, and events
- Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and at least one other language commonly spoken in SEA
