Support the Manager in the development and creation of deliverables to clients
- Carry out research on the client prior to meeting clients
Prepare and disseminate materials when required- Assist in planning, developing and implementing clients corporate investor relations strategies and execute all corporate investor relations activities
Assist in articulating the scope of project, schedules, risks and solutions to client and team members
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing forward planning, issue resolution and expectation management
Assist in engaging with investors, analysts and fund managers to build rapport- Assist in maintaining project management documentation during all stages of the project life cycle
Assist in all Investor Relations activities
Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Communications or related fields
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in investor relations, public relations, investment banking, accounting and/or financial industries is required for this position
Candidate must possess good attitude, willingness to learn and have adaptability skills- Candidate must possess at least basic financial and accounting knowledge
Strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, coordination and organizing skills and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and able to independently multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Excellent command of written and spoken English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
