About The Role

We're looking for analytical and passionate people to join our proven team as Investor Relations and Growth Lead, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves overseeing and optimizing all marketing communications and strategies, leading initiatives to enhance brand presence and market penetration, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing operations.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop deal marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns to build Alta's brand and drive conversions on our platform across the region.
  • Develop initiatives to create awareness of our products and services and drive qualified traffic to our marketplace.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Develop and execute client and community engagement programs.
  • Strategizing and managing client interaction channels.
  • Experiment with a variety of campaigns around organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, content curation, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, cold prospecting, EDM marketing, events, with performance analysis.
  • Optimization of sales and marketing processes through lead analysis and segmentation
  • Direct and produce all marketing materials, from websites and pitch decks to hard copy brochures.
  • You'll report to the Head of Growth, Marketing & Communications (GMC) and work within the regional commercial team
  • You will work cross-functionally with Data, Sales, and other support teams to design and execute campaigns, as well as track them for performance.

About You

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience; preferably in the finance/fintech sector. Experience in the finance industry, in particular private wealth management and investment banking, is a bonus.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing, with a good understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Skilled at project management and managing timelines, delivery to clients
  • Experience in dealing with and managing third-party agencies
  • Adept at managing client communications and queries.
  • Effective communication skills with proficiency in writing and presentations
  • Good copywriting skills required
  • Strong technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and other presentation tools
  • Additional technical proficiency in design software (Adobe suite) good to have
  • A self-starter who can work interdependently with a regional team
  • Familiar with goals tracking
  • Great team player, and willing to learn in a fast-changing environment
