Investment Support Exec

To administer, coordinate and manage all matters with respect to investment activities for Islamic team and to work closely with the CIO, Equity fund managers and Sukuk fund managers in preparing the fund performance report. In addition, to act as a liaison person that coordinates all matters with regard to Shariah.

1. To act as the person in charge in preparing and compiling the paperwork mainly for Board of Directors Meeting, Investment Committee Meeting and Management Committee Meeting for RHB Islamic International Asset Management Berhad.

1. Prepare and compile performance report and slide presentation for selected client (eg. Fund's monthly and quarterly report)

1. Maintain and prepare the fund fact sheets by gathering technical and market data for selected client.

1. To act as the Shariah Liaison Officer to the Group and Shariah Advisor/ Shariah Committee with regards to any Shariah related matter in ensuring effective information circulation to all members.

1. Compile data and prepare Fund Performance Report (for short term and long term).

1. Prepare monthly compliance checklist for selected private mandates.

1. Perform general administrative roles (eg. Organise meeting schedule, filing, etc.)
2. Any other duties as assigned by the CIO/Fund Managers/team members.

At least 2 years of experiences in Asset Management industry

• Microsoft Office
• Good Interpersonal skills
