Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between our media agency and investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships.
Develop and execute investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the agency's strategic vision, performance, and growth prospects to the investment community.- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and presentations, including the preparation of materials, agenda setting, and post-event follow-up.
Prepare and distribute financial reports, earnings releases, and other investor communications in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to assess industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and analyze shareholder activism and investor feedback, identifying opportunities and risks to the agency's reputation and shareholder value.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards in all investor communications and disclosures.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, marketing, and executive leadership, to align investor relations strategies with business objectives and messaging.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and industry influencers, through proactive outreach and engagement activities.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in investor relations to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our investor outreach efforts.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.2 to 3years
of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles within the media or financial industry. Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and investor feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software/tools.
