Job Descriptions:- Handle system update document and managing stock card for showroom and roadshow.
Preparing monthly reconcile reporting showroom and roadshow.- Extract inventory data from system to prepare purchase and sales forecasting report to management review.
Produce and maintain appropriate records with all necessary reports.
- Checking stock movement and ensure no variance on product transfer.
Supervise and coach the junior team member when required.
Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent educational qualification.- At least 1 years of experience in retail industry and handle promoter.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting skills. (Skill VLook and Pivot must have)
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
Understanding of basic accounting principles related to inventory management.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00AM - 6:00PM) / Saturday (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
