Job Responsibilities:- Issuing and tracking production work orders to production and ensuring that required material supplied to the production as according to production schedule.
Compiling the production report and any issue related to production and submitting them to management in a timely manner.- Assist in expediting and prioritizing and maintenance of daily production schedule, monitoring on warehouse tasks or activities.
Utilize all manpower and collaborate with superior to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders.
- Promptly informing to next level if changes of current production schedule and monitor and update the material and finished goods stock in safe level.
Effecting changes, the schedule and resolving the production issues to ensure that the production deadlines are met and to avoid delays in production.- Recommend any solutions to improve production process, product quality and reduce the production costs.
Coordinate with other team and give support to production and store area as per management required.
- Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel on material status and production planning issue.
