1) Checking stock levels regularly with updated and accurate records of inventory, including stock in/out, transfer, goods sold, goods return, damages & full control of stocks movements as well as ensure the stocks are in good condition without any stock expiry issues.
2) Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock and verifying customers delivery orders & quantity delivered to customers in timely manner.
3) Responsible for verifying both items received (inbound) against items ordered (outbound) and address inventory discrepancies.
4) Preparing daily reports, monthly commission, invoices and other paperwork when required.
5) Checking Logistic Companys bills against the months orders and ensure correctness before passing to Accounts Department.
6) Prepare, generate and update monthly inventory report to the Manager.
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma Level and above
Required language (s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia- Possess good mathematical calculation
