Position Overview:The Inventory Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through comprehensive audit processes. This role involves managing inventory audits, analyzing discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure our inventory records are precise and reliable.
Develop and implement inventory audit plans and schedules.- Conduct regular and random inventory audits across all warehouse locations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during audits.
Analyze audit results to identify discrepancies and root causes.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.- Develop and maintain inventory audit procedures and documentation.
Train and mentor staff on best practices for inventory management and control.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities and inventory adjustments.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on inventory audit status and results.
