The
Inventory Assistant is responsible to oversee the inventory general operations of dedicated customer account, including process shipment delivery, stock replenishment, Customer order processing, put away and pick list and cycle count.
The goal is to ensure the productivity targets are achieved
- Key Activities / Accountabilities:-
Keep up to date record of stock in and out and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Ensure adequate inventory of the Companys and customers materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and company objectives
Respond to dedicated customers inquiries on inventory matters;- Plan, coordinate and manage physical cycle counts;
Ensure compliance with inventory processes and policies are upheld
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Company
- Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills:-
Minimum SPM holder
- At least one (1) year of related working experience
Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Malay required
Microsoft office , primarily Word and Excel
Planning and organizing
Working supportively as a team member and effectively as an individual- Communicating effectively across functions and levels
Working in a warehouse environment- Overtime is required during operations peak season
- 5 days work per week

Now in Sek 32 Shah Alam and estimated will move to Taman Perindustrian Raja, Klang on July 2024

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
