Obtaining information about the availability, cost and convenience of different types of transport and accommodation, ascertaining customers requirements and advising them on travel arrangements.
Providing information about local and regional attractions, sightseeing tours, restaurants, arts and entertainment, and providing maps and brochures.
Preparing itineraries.
Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation.
Issuing tickets, boarding passes and vouchers.
Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas.
Verifying travel documentation and registering passengers and luggage at check-in and departure.
Preparing bills and receiving payments.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
