Job Scope
Reporting to the Manager of Third-Party Risk Management & Outsourcing, Procurement, intern will support and assist the day-to-day third party risk management & outsourcing operational tasks following the applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Having a balance of both key assignments and administrative work will enable the intern to gain a well-rounded learning experience of third-party risks management, regulatory requirements & guidelines, and policies of PAMB.
The key assignments will require the intern to harness the skill, knowledge, and theoretical practice they learnt in university as well as experiencing the real work environment.
Administrative work includes practical general administrative knowledge and work to gain exposure and education on the business/function processes in the organization, such as the followings:
Verifying the requirements on assessing, classifying, and monitoring of third-party of a service provider while complying with the required internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Verifying service provider due diligence and onboarding/offboarding procedures are properly performed and are in accordance with the internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Performing contact reconciliation in accordance with pre-define deadlines.

Education:
Pursuing Bachelor or Degree in any fields

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
