1. The Protg program is a program to support the Malaysian Government's initiative to create a pool of competent, well trained, knowledgeable and skilled graduates through industrial attachment that will help them to attain relevant competencies that enhance their marketability and employability.1) Assist the team in the management of end-to-end Microtakaful/SIKR related matters.
2) Logistics coordination for all events, meetings, and etc, between PruBSN and ICU JPM. Candidate will be the key contact/coordinator for SIKR/Microtakaful implementation.
3) 1-year on the job training at Microtakaful team/ICU JPM section. This includes the following scope:
a)Preparation of the eKasih recipient listing for Microtakaful/ SIKR purpose. b)Preparation end-to-end AML sanction screening to the person covered prior onboarding and to the claimant prior pay the claim.
c)Engage with internal (within PruBSN) and external (ICU JPM) in completing Microtakaful/SIKR initiative- of which this includes prior-during - and after the Microtakaful/SIKR coverage.
d)Assist the team in after sales services - which includes answering enquiries from internal, external and customers, facilitate other internal and external division/unit for Microtakaful/SIKR initiatives (ie. claims, complaints, reporting etc).
e)Assist in preparing Microtakaful/SIKR reporting- ensure accuracy and completeness of the said reporting within the agreed timeline.
f)Support the team to ensure smooth delivery of Microtakaful/SIKR initiative and to ensure the end-to-end process are implemented within the timeline given and to highlight any issues on the ground (if any).
4)Effective high-risk customer review and provide guidance to employees on appropriate remediation action for higher risk customers.
5) Ensure the filtering and screening system is effectively implemented, have put in place reasonable and appropriate measures to verity and confirm identity of customers, agents, vendors and employees.
