Tasks
Your Commitment will include:
- Collaborate with Business Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings of candidates, assess their qualifications, and ensure alignment with position requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews as needed.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Fluency in English.
