JOB TITLE: INTERNSHIP SUPPLY CHAIN (INVENTORY & SYSTEMS)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist on creation, amendment and deletion for materials code in Oracle & Maximo.
To assist on master data clean-up activity (in Oracle/Maximo).
To assist in department reporting and other related scope
To assist team related with trainings/workshop
To assist on gathering info/input for MS or any related matters under Tendering scope for Disposal
To assist on Stock count exercise for Onshore base
To gather input on Ageing report - quarterly basis
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management / Quantity Surveying / Business Administration with a minimum CGPA
- 3/4 or its equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
