Sales Support Intern (Intake: August 2024)

We will count on you to:
Track and analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and ensure project satisfaction.
Conduct research and review preliminary data to support the sales forecasting process.
Document internal inquiries and complete requests for information in a timely manner.
Assist in the collection of information for sales campaign presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
Maintain accurate records of client feedback and sales support activities.
Provide regular reports and updates on client feedback and sales support activities to management.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable Insurance, Actuarial, Finance) or any equivalent
Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements.
Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
Strong research and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
