- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Passionate about customer service and provide the best service and dining experience to customers
Great and welcome customer with enthusiasm; say goodbye with warmth
Focus and be attentive to customers request
Consistently serve and check on the customer in a professional and friendly manner that is consistent with delivering The Nandos Experience to ensure customers are always happy, always informed and satisfied at all times
Work together with the team to prepare, cook, and serve foods efficiently and correctly according to Nandos standard.
Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required
To make sure restaurant is kept clean at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving customers- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Literate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Fully vaccinated individuals only- Culinary Arts and Hospitality students are encouraged to apply
