Pre-Contract: Prepare pre-qualification on documents / quotation / tenders submission, prepare cost estimate, and bill of quantitie for construction projects based on the tender documents, drawings and specifications.
Cost Estimation : Develop accurate cost estimate for constructio projects, considering materials, labor, and overheads.
Contractual Negotiation : Negotiat ate and finalize contracts with vendor, subcon or supplier.
Management application: Assist in project scope, ensuring proper documentation and administration /paper work and approval processes are followed.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with project, ID, sub-con and other vendor to achieve project goals and resolve any cost-related issues.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 1 - 2 years experience.
