Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Preparing welcome packages for new employees.
Conducting new employee orientations.- Managing employee records and documentation.
Assisting with exit interviews and final pay settlements.
Human Resources Administration
- Maintaining employee files and records.
Data entry and updating HR databases.- Assisting with payroll processing (in some cases).
Preparing HR reports and presentations.
Employee Relations
- Answering employee inquiries and resolving issues.
Assisting with employee relations activities, such as company events.- Supporting employee wellness programs.
Training and Development- Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs.
Coordinating training schedules and logistics.
- Tracking employee training and development records.
