Job scope:- Work closely with experienced machine technicians to learn and assist in the maintenance, repair, and operation of various machines.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machines using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Assist in repairing or replacing faulty components, such as motors, sensors, valves, and actuators, to restore machine functionality.
- Participate in machine setup and calibration procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability in production processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with machines to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information.
Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.- Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical and electrical systems, with a desire to learn and work with complex machines.
Familiarity with basic machine components, such as gears, bearings, motors, and control systems, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, follow instructions from senior technicians, and collaborate with peers.
Clear communication skills to ask questions, seek clarification, and report issues effectively to senior technicians.- Dependability and punctuality to attend scheduled shifts, complete assigned tasks within deadlines, and contribute to team objectives.
