Support WMS/TMS web based in-house system.- Development of technical documentation and provide user training.
Installation & configuration of companys computer hardware, operating system, and applications.
- Working with field engineers to visit the end user when necessary.
Follow instruction from superior or field engineer during task execution and IT infrastructure implementation. Sorting documents/ filing.
- Ad-hoc assigned by superior.
