Job Description :- Assist in preparing orientation training list for new joiners and email to respective personnel
Assist in preparing offer letter for new joiners- Compile, verify and check document received from new joiners after complete training
Update new joiners information to respective department and settings in HRMS
- Update records on internal database
Able to perform ad hoc task as per assigned
- Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably candidate who could commence December/January.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.- 1 Internship position available.
