Job Responsibilities:- Recruitment support by assisting in job posting, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Employee Onboarding with attending to new joiner for necessary process and coordinate orientation session.- Update employee records in HR database and follow by filing.
Support the payroll process by verifying timesheets and updating payroll records.
- Assist with general HR tasks such as preparing documents, organizing files, and event coordination.
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work effectively with others and maintain a positive attitude.
Understanding of and commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions, at the same time prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Open to gaining new skills and knowledge in the HR field.
