Job Description:- Assist in recruitment services in line with manpower strategies and corporate goal. Working closely with hiring managers.
Handling employees on-board and off-board procedure i.e. personal supporting documents, company email, access card, etc.- Assist in implementing. Planning and administrating human resources matters in an efficient and timely manner. This includes organizations benefit programs, employees related-record leave administration, rule & procedure.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.- Manages correspondence by answering call, transfer, emails and sorting mail.
Orders office supplies as needed and manages staff expense requests.
- Preparing monthly summary staff attendance.
Preparation and assist of staff claims.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM- 00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Language: Bahasa (Preferred)
