Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and social media strategies.
  • Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across various company social media platforms.
  • Monitoring social media activity, responding to comments, and engaging with our audience.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in the office.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.
  • Work closely with other teams such as sales and admin department.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or has obtained a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, communications, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills of English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Passion for social media and proven interest and social media platforms and their role in Digital Marketing.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Well-organized and systemized in office maintenance and office management.
  • Self-initiative, Hardworking, and able to work independently in a team with a good attitude
  • Possess own transport
  • Candidate should have their own laptop.
  • Min internship duration 4 months or above
