Job Description- Ensuring the products or manufactured comply with an established quality standard.
Ensuring the incoming / in-process / outgoing raw materials and products meet the quality requirements and inspected within the specific timeframe- Ensuring all testing results is within the specification
Working interactively with production, customer and external provider to seek for improvement on quality issues and productivity
- Investigate incoming customer complaints and follow up the customer complaints timely reply by concerned department.
Maintaining the proper recording and documentation- Following up on the corrective action taken
Liase with regulatory bodies eg. SIRIM, CIDB, ISO, etc for audit procedures
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all auditable documented information for the adapted QMS and to comply with with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, FDA and MDD guidelines
Assist QA / QC Manager/Executive and follow other assigned duties as required by his/her superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Science related field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin, optional)- Preferably specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Possesses knowledge in QA/QC processes and methods.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to perform statistical analysis.- Positive attitude and responsible
