For this position, you will be doing these tasks:
- Assist on asses and analyse current production methods
Assist on develop and draft an improved production process- Assist on design and implement cost-reductive changes
Assist on maximise productivity of machinery and production workers
- Assist on increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
Assist on develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results- Assist on maintain equipment for maximum safety and efficiency
Assist on communicate with vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
- Must follow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulations
Prepare, weigh or measure materials, ingredients to requirements.- Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend materials.
Read work orders to determine production specifications.
- Closing and submission of work orders.
Mix and blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times.- Collect sample materials or products for laboratory testing
Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineers.
