Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Help team in admin tasks.
  • Assist employers in drafting their job descriptions.
  • Handling hiring-related inquiries through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Filter & send resumes to hirers as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication or Public Relations.
  • Good speaking & writing skills in English.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders & hirers.
  • Sound knowledge of using Generative AI (Google Gemini, Microsoft Co-Pilot or OpenAI ChatGPT).
  • Basic knowledge of design and video editing software like Canva and CapCut.
  • Able to join on November 2024 with minimum 3-months of internship period.
