Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To assist with preparing price tag, planogram, or any related material with the store set up.
  • To assist with support operation team for product replenishment and new order
  • To assist to download relevant file from system and set up analysis.
  • To assist with issue new stocks transfer note and repeat order
  • To assist with follow up issues with operation team on merchandising issues.
  • To assist with preparing costing file information.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to commit for 3-6 months.
  • Location: Head Office, Exchange 106
  • Preferred joining date: Mid-September
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
