Job Responsibility
Assist in documents preparation, reports and other admin tasks
Excellence in Communications skills in terms of ability to ensure the smoothness of internal team communications and also establishing connection with the audiences/collaborating influencers.
Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries.
Support and monitor Marketing Campaign performance.
¢ To Help And Support Company Operation Whenever Required.
Support in the organisation of internal / external events
Job Requirements
A minimum qualification of a Diploma in Business/Mass Communication/Marketing and related field of study are encourage to apply.
Positive, eager to learn, independent and a self -starter.
At least 3 months of internship duration.
A Good Team Player.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in standard English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is requisite, as the role necessitates communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
