_Responsibilities and Duties_
- Communicate with global users via online chat and phone to provide consultations and answer queries.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints, finding suitable solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track and coordinate the progress of customer issues and address customer problems and meet their needs.
- Constantly Creating Content and Shoot E-Commerce Video on Tiktok.
- Constantly Engaging with User on Tiktok (Comments Reply).
- Research for popular topic from time to time.
- Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics.
- To assist & monitoring live host streaming session on TikTok platform.
- Act as Backend to assist in interacting with customers during livestreaming.
- To assist in making sure daily livestream runs smoothly.
- To brainstorming daily content for livestreams.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Company.
_Qualifications_
- Fluency in both spoken and written English & Malay.
- Good customer service skills with active listening, superior communication, and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle escalations from first-tier support and facilitating effective inter-departmental communication.
- Problem Solving, Creative, Friendly, Energetic and as a Team Player.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
