Internship for Logistics & Business Students

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Ocean Freight Department. During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Ocean Freight.

• Support the Control Tower team in preparing all reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage and coordinate with DGF counterparts to monitor shipments and ensure on-time performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, IT, CDZ team, etc.) to ensure report accuracy.
• Assist in daily reporting for the Dyson Control Tower, liaising with Customer Service and handling reporting tasks.

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Previous experience dealing with customers is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• This internship is located in Subang Jaya, USJ 25.
