Provide software solutions, product training, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
Have patience when listening to problems faced by customers.
Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
Ensure the ticket is solved within the time frame.
Able to work both independently as well as a team.
Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
Job Requirements
Candidate possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.
Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.
Preferably 3-6 months internship program
