Job Description

Job Responsibility

Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.
Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other
Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.

Job Requirements

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.
Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel
Strong verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
Fluent speaking in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
