Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Involve in overall payroll process such as verify and process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees.
  • Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using HRIS systems.
  • Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the database and fling system.
  • Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
  • Willing to learn other HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, General Office Administration.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Internship students must possess at least Bachelors Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource or any other related field.
  • Excellent in inter-personal and organizational skills, able to maintain confidentiality; prioritize tasks in accuracy and efficiency.
  • A high self-motivated personality and possess effective follow up skills.
  • Basic knowledge with computer and application skills.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
