Job Description

Job Responsibility

Involve in overall payroll process such as verify and process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees.
Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using HRIS systems.
Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the database and fling system.
Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and timely manner.
Willing to learn other HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, General Office Administration.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Internship students must possess at least Bachelors Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource or any other related field.
Excellent in inter-personal and organizational skills, able to maintain confidentiality; prioritize tasks in accuracy and efficiency.
A high self-motivated personality and possess effective follow up skills.
Basic knowledge with computer and application skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
