Assist in HR operations including but not limited to recruitment, maintain personnel records etc.
Files documents and responds to employees inquiries.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
To provide support in any company events, training program and staff engagement activities.
Assist in any other administrative tasks such as arrange staff lunch, replenish pantry, schedule maintenance of office equipment.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Preferably candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resources Management, or any relevant field
Third and final-year students are encouraged to apply
Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and a great spirit of teamwork
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
