Invoice Processing And Billing
Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
Generate client invoices and statements. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Budgeting And Forecasting Support
Assist with budget preparation by gathering and organizing financial data. Input budget information into spreadsheets and assist with variance analysis.
Participate in forecasting exercises to estimate future financial performance and resource allocation needs.
Compliance And Documentation
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Support audits and reviews by providing documentation, answering inquiries, and assisting with internal control testing.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior administrative or finance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
